Returns, Refunds, Cancellations and Exchanges

What is the return policy?

If the product is eligible for return, you may write to us at hello@stylor.in within 7 days of delivery to request, return or refund. Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all their labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging are eligible for return.

How long does it take to receive a refund for a canceled order or returned product?

We will process your refund within 5 business days in case of cancellation of an order. In case of returns, we will refund the money after the product has been received by our warehouse and post completion of quality check. Please note, this entire process takes 2 weeks after the return has been picked up.

How are returns processed?

Goods can be returned within a designated period. Once you request to return a product via email or phone or via the website, a pick-up is organized for the item. This item is then brought back to our warehouse where it is checked by our quality control team. Once the product passes the quality control, a refund is initiated.

Customers returning the goods are responsible for freight charges, the current freight rate is Rs. 100/-. Our courier partners will come to pick up the item within 5-7 business days after your return request has been received.

You may wish to self-ship the product to us in case you don't want to pay the freight charge. Size, wrong items, and quality problem items can be exchanged. For defective products, If a defect or damage is confirmed on the returned products, we will give you a complete refund including the charges you have accrued of delivery and return. The refund will be paid either to your wallet of Stylor. in account or to the original method of payment.
